    Return Policy
    You can return your purchase for a refund for any reason provided when:

    • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items are returned unused and in original packaging.

    To start your return inquiry, email us at info@alplexnosings.co.uk. You will need to pay the return delivery costs and these are non-refundable. We will only refund postage costs in case of a faulty product. We do not charge any restocking fees!

    Please note that returns cannot be accepted after the 14 day cancellation period. Returns are subject to our Terms of Service.

    Refund Policy
    Refunds will only be issued to original method of payment. This usually takes 5 business days depending on your method of payment. 

    Returns & Exchanges
    All our products are guaranteed to be defect-free at the time of purchase. If an item is found to be faulty upon receipt, we will either refund or replace the product at no extra cost. To expedite the process, please send us an image of the fault for assessment.

    Damaged Orders
    If your package arrives damaged, it is important to document the damage by taking detailed photos immediately. Afterward, contact our customer support team at  info@alplexnosings.co.uk and make sure to include your order number. For any shipping inquiries, our customer service is available five days a week.

    Cancellation Process
    If you want to cancel your purchase, please do so shortly after submitting the order. Send an email to info@alplexnosings.co.uk and we will help you with the order cancellation. We process orders quickly and once your order gets into the handling process, it cannot be cancelled. In case you email us too late and the order is already being processed, you can always send it back.

    Changed Your Mind?
    We understand that there may be occasions when you decide to alter your choice regarding a purchase, and this is entirely permissible. Our return policy extends beyond merely addressing defective or damaged products. If you find yourself wishing to return an item, you may do so within 14 days, provided it remains unused, is in its original condition, and is packaged as it was received. Kindly follow the outlined steps above to commence your return process.
