Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the goods. Please contact us at info@alplexnosings.co.uk and we will provide you with the necessary return address. Items cannot be returned after the 30 day return period. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We try to make the return process as simple as possible. Please remember that the goods must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and unsoiled - with all tags attached. Please use the original packaging to return the item. We do not charge a return fee.
Returns are subject to our Terms of Service.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you have received a shipment that is damaged or if the goods do not match your requirements (for example, wrong size or colour), please do not hesitate to contact us! Document the problem with a photo, briefly describe what is wrong and contact us with your order number.

Once your return has been approved, we will automatically refund you in full within 7 days using the same payment method you used when you placed your order.
