Shipping Policy

• Order Processing: 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday)
• Shipping Time: 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday)
• Free Delivery: Available on all orders within the United Kingdom.

 

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed. This means that we have saved your order in our system and started processing it.

Delivery Details

We will usually process your order within 1 - 2 working days (Monday to Friday). If your order is placed before 2pm, we will start processing the same day. You can expect to receive your products within 2 - 4 working days (Monday to Friday).

Transport Costs

We cover the shipping costs. There is also no minimum order quantity.

Late Orders

If the maximum processing and dispatch time has already passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to two working days. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you have received a shipment that is damaged or if the goods do not match your requirements (for example, wrong size or colour), please do not hesitate to contact us! Document the problem with a photo, briefly describe what is wrong and contact us with your order number at info@alplexnosings.co.uk.

Cancel

If you decide to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. The maximum cancellation period is before the order is processed. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you cancel too late, the order may have already been shipped and you will have to proceed with the return process.
