Shipping Process
Orders received before 14:00 are processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 14:00 are dispatched on the next working day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is placed, you'll receive regular updates on the order status, shipping details, and a tracking number via email once the order is dispatched.

We offer £9.99 for all orders within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.
Cancellation Process
If you want to cancel your purchase, please do so shortly after submitting the order. Send an email to info@alplexnosings.co.uk and we will help you with the order cancellation. We process orders quickly and once your order gets into the handling process, it cannot be cancelled.
